Our Story

Maids to Help was founded in 2011 by Irina Fieva. Originally from Russia, her goal was to build a company for herself from the ground up. She was 23 years old with drive, ambition, courage and a hunger for work.

When she started her business, it was her doing all the work, however that changed quickly as the demand for her detailed services grew by word-of-mouth. By building relationships with her clients, learning about their needs and concerns, paying attention to the little things, and providing a quality service Maids to Help has earned great, loyal and consistent clients. Most of our clients are regulars as we have won the reputation for quality, service and reliability.

Today, Maids to Help is a growing, local company who takes pride in their work. Irina puts a lot of time into her people. She is very selective and puts quality first. All employees are background checked and personally trained by Irina. She ensures her staff is treated well and are happy working for the company. This ensures low turn-over in staff and clients can always expect quality work and integrity from our team.
